Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
