What You Will Do
Enhance and automate HR reporting and analytics for data-driven decision-making
Drive data analysis for HR KPIs
Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct training sessions for key users on HR analytics and system functionalities
Provide second-level support for HR analytics, systems and reporting-related queries
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR processes through automation
Analyze trends in HR data to support strategic decisions and workforce planning
What You Bring
Experience in HR analytics, reporting, systems, with a focus on automation
Strong skills in data analysis and quality management within HR contexts
Ability to conduct training sessions and support key users effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
Familiarity with HRIS platform SAP SuccessFactors and data architecture of HR data
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English; German or Spanish knowledge is a plus
