Account Manager with English

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients - all while working alongside experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Manage existing customers
• Helping them get the most out of our platform
• Building long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and advising on use cases
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within client organizations
• Manage contract renewals and prepare customized commercial proposals
• Negotiate and close deals based on customer-specific sales plans
• Act as escalation point for business-related issues
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, product, implementation)
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to advocate for customer needs
