Join our team at Piwik PRO, where we are developing a privacy-focused analytics suite used by organizations around the world. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients - all while working alongside experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Manage existing customers
- Helping them get the most out of our platform
- Building long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and advising on use cases
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within client organizations
- Manage contract renewals and prepare customized commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close deals based on customer-specific sales plans
- Act as escalation point for business-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, product, implementation)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to advocate for customer needs
We need you to have :
