Job description

Join our team at Piwik PRO, where we are developing a privacy-focused analytics suite used by organizations around the world. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients - all while working alongside experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Manage existing customers
  • Helping them get the most out of our platform
  • Building long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and advising on use cases
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within client organizations
  • Manage contract renewals and prepare customized commercial proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals based on customer-specific sales plans
  • Act as escalation point for business-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, product, implementation)
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to advocate for customer needs

We need you to have :

  • Excellent English (C1); German or French is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience in account management, customer service or enterprise software sales (minimum 1 year)
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and propose value-added solutions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn the technical details of our product
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • We'd like you to have :

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, or marketing tools
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, sales, or implementation
