The opportunity

As a member of multi-cultural team, you will be an active observer how the business market is changing in the face of contemporary fast-moving challenges that companies around the globe cope with. This role will provide you the opportunities to understand ongoing market trends, develop creative approaches and contribute to achieving common business objectives. This role gives also an opportunity to grow in area of process coordination within account management and to manage key pillars of solid framework between teams and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

  • Project management as the "right hand" of the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP)
  • Close collaboration with the GCSP and the multidisciplinary and globally structured team on all customer-related sales and marketing activities, among others.
  • Support in the preparation and submission of professional proposals and in the preparation of client meetings, as well as the identification and placement of EY services together with EY experts.
  • Coordination of the internal account team and organization and follow-up of all administrative and strategic account tasks and processes, such as regular account team meetings or annual revenue planning.
  • Promotion of the expansion of your own network of relationships with clients through regular customer satisfaction surveys and maintaining contact with the purchasing organization.
  • Support in all other national and international initiatives for targeted market development to expand our business in Germany and worldwide

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong organizational, project management and customer service skills
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to manage processes and / or projects
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in sales / marketing / business development
