Your tasks
- Participation in pre‑sales meetings with clients and prospects as technical support
- Responsibility for analyzing and understanding the client’s business and functional objectives and requirements – both at the bidding (pre‑sales) and project implementation stages, analyzing them for feasibility and preparing recommendations for implemented solutions
- Preparing inputs for bids (minimum solution design, expected team competencies, estimating labor intensity)
- Designing solutions to best meet business needs and deliver real value to users
- Collaborating with the project team to customize the software to meet individual customer requirements
- Managing change so that users adopt and use new processes and solutions
- Promoting best practices and implementation principles for the solution / service
- Identifying and taking remedial action on gaps in the solution implementation process
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with the delivered solution and its compliance with business expectations
- Participation and support in Sii / CC events : webinars, presentations, technical workshops
Requirements
Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platformKnowledge, supported by project experience, of the three core clouds – Sales, Service, Experience (must have)Orientation in other technologies from the group (to a general degree) : Mulesoft, HerokuExperience working with different integration models Salesforce – Salesforce or Salesforce – other systems and knowledge of integration patternsWorking in implementation projects with consulting firmsAbility to conduct a discovery process and then plan and lead a well‑tailored system demo based on that process, using multi‑cloud capabilitiesPractice in co‑creating quotes and technical assumptions in implementation and development projectsExperience in conducting technical workshops with clientsAbility to plan and coordinate with the client – building schedules and technical roadmap for new and existing Salesforce implementationFluency in English and Polish requiredResidence in Poland requiredNice to have
