Salesforce Administrator & Developer @ Alcor

We are fast-growing SaaS company serving healthcare practices across the U.S. Salesforce is the backbone of our Sales, Operations, and Finance workflows. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator & Developer to take full ownership of our Salesforce environment; ensuring it runs smoothly day-to-day, while also building, debugging, and enhancing it through Apex development and integrations.

This is a hybrid role combining the responsibilities of a Salesforce Administrator and a Salesforce Developer. You will handle system maintenance, user support, and data quality while also writing Apex code, building advanced Flows, and debugging API integrations with third-party systems. This role replaces outsourced admin and dev support, consolidating responsibilities into one dedicated full-time resource.

• 4-6 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
• Required Certifications : Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I.
• Preferred Certifications : Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II.
• Bonus / Highly Competitive : Integration Architect, Data Architect, or Application Architect; CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and test coverage.
• Strong experience with declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, object model design).
• Hands-on experience debugging and maintaining external APIs and connected apps (e.g., Stripe, HubSpot, telephony tools).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security (profiles, permission sets, FLS, role hierarchy).
• Proficiency with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and VS Code / SFDX.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams.
