Salesforce Technical Architect

in our Delivery Team, you will take a leadership role in designing and guiding the delivery of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

The role and responsibilities of the Salesforce Technical Architect include, but are not limited to :

• Design and lead high-level architecture for sophisticated Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
• Create detailed technical designs, data models, and integration patterns tailored to customer requirements.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment and support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring architectural integrity and providing strategic guidance.
• Promote Salesforce best practices across projects and act as a thought leader within and outside Comnexa.
• Lead technical issue management and drive performance optimization strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and proposal development with the leadership team.
• Coach, mentor, and provide expertise to development teams and junior colleagues.
