About the role

The role of Reporting & Merchandising Specialist encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to data analysis, reporting, and supporting merchandising activities. The specialist in this role will be responsible for refreshing and creating reports, analyzing user needs, supporting local sales structures, and managing merchandising activities. Key requirements include advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, experience working with large data sets, and advanced English proficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and highly motivated.

Your responsibilities

• Refreshing standard reports using and aggregating data from different sources (including Nielsen Discover, Customer data, internal data and mixed).
• Creating new reports based on available source data (including Nielsen Discover, customer data, and internal data).
• Responding to business needs by : making new reports / analytical tools, changing existing reports, ordering new analysis / researches
• Work with databases (completing, creating and managing analysis reports, collation) and with market data providers service and development of sales support systems (administration, preparation of dedicated reports, optimization).
• Support of local sales structures in the field of reporting.
• Providing KPIs realization reports for Key Account Managers, Area Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.
• Analysis of user needs and adjusting system solutions.
• Identifying and solving current technical-functional issues.
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
• Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
• Managing merchandising activities, including coordinating the work of merchandising agencies and managing the budget; preparing materials for merchandisers.
• Optimizing the presence of Reckitt products in points of sale, ensuring proper arrangement, ensuring consistency of displays with brand guidelines and increasing the shelf share of products.
• Cooperation with key departments : Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing.
