Role Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team in Warszawa. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering financial reports to support the company's decision-making processes. Your daily duties will include compiling financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights into financial performance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. You will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and support audits and financial reviews.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
