Your responsibilities
- Supporting the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising and the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising WHLS East and Global Export in driving the Brand and business strategy as well as Wholesale needs and opportunities in the countries of the Region
- Providing analysis, insights and support the presentations related to the regional business and distribution strategy, including competitors’ and performance analysis to support development of channel and regional relevant products
- Aligning with the regional Sales Team on the implementation of seasonal “Novelty Dispo” executing the seasonal channel and region strategy
- Providing analysis of the the distribution network, quantitative and qualitative, by sub-channel and country to build up solid distribution plans for our assortment strategy’s implementation
- Assisting the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising and the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising WHLS East and Global Export in the handover of the collection to Sales Team with clear strategies and messages
- Providing forecast and budget process reports to reflect the Brand, Sub-brand and assortment strategy
- Working closely with the Sales Teams during Sell-in on topics such as product presentation to key customers, product training to new team members, follow-up with HQ on customer claims, etc.
- Assisting the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in the development and review of the seasonal and running’s catalogues and price lists
Our requirements
You have gained relevant experience as a Product or Merchandising Specialist in a global company, ideally in WholesaleYou possess solid analytical skills and good understanding of Wholesale Key Performance IndicatorsYou are fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken, Hebrew representing a plusYou have a strong commercial mindset as well as excellent interpersonal skillsYou have a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally inside the organizationYou are proficient in MS Excel and PPTWhat we offer
