Position Description
- Report results and process changes to the Local Manager or Head of Technical Product Excellence.
- Coordinate internal product launch documentation across departments.
- Manage pricing administration : implement global list prices, support annual price adjustments, product discontinuations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Operational Product Manager on backorder management, segmentation, service levels, and product changes.
- Facilitate cross-departmental data exchange to enhance processes and support product maintenance.
- Support Global Product Management to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery of projects and address deviations.
- Maintain smooth communication with all departments and regularly update stakeholders and senior management.
- Uphold global standards, tools, and ensure organizational alignment.
- Support launch execution by ensuring timely completion of documentation and coordination with key teams (OPM, SCM, Compliance, Pricing).
- Identify and resolve information gaps or issues promptly.
- Understand and execute internal processes (e.g., backorder, RA).
- Use SAP / BW tools effectively; develop reports and perform license / royalty payment checks.
- Prefill pricing templates, gather data from GPM, OPM, or systems.
- Release CE IVD products in approved countries and support licensing and registration activities.
Position Requirements
Excellent English skills (fluency written and spoken).Minimum degree required : Bachelor's degree in Science related fields1-2 years of relevant professional experience required.Good knowledge in SAP, MS Office, and Salesforce would be an asset.Preferably first experience in project management and post-launch supervision reporting.Personal Requirements
