Summary

PwC Financial Transformation Team pursue high-profile finance transformation projects both in Poland and in the EMEA region. By joining us, you will have the chance to shape clients' Finance of the Future strategies. You will also advise client management to address business challenges through finance process digitalization & transformation. In addition, you will be able to participate in end-to-end finance operating model & governance setups (assess, design, develop, build & deploy). You will create critical bridges between Business, Finance and IT functions.

We are looking for :

Your future role :

• Supporting Finance Transformation projects, working with global and local clients to shape cutting-edge and industry-leading solutions, including : Finance Operating Model Transformation opportunities to assess current state, design, build and deploy Target Operating Models, end-to-end Finance and accounting process transformation engagements (Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, Record-To-Report), As-Is analysis of finance technology landscape and solutions recommendations, value realisation to help our clients to pursue and realise the benefits coming from transformations,
• Supporting in preparation of project deliverables and other documentation, assist in client conversations and workshops,
• Supporting Business Development initiatives and preparation of client proposals,
• Flexibility and open mindedness when working in a dynamic and challenging environment,
• Working from the office min. 2 days a week (PwC or Client).
