Senior Consultant, Advisors – Strategy & TransformationAdvisors & Consulting Services

Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact

Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
Contribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Collaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients’ needs, agenda, and risks
Develop working relationship with client analysts / managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner

Team Collaboration & Culture

Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients

Independently identify issues in defined area of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings

Lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management

Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital

Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy

Strong client or stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with comfort in numerical analysis

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Fluent in English

Eligible to work in the country of application and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience leading tasks or workstreams in team settings

Exposure to mentoring or coaching junior team members

Industry knowledge in areas such as payments, banking, fintech, or retail

MBA or relevant master’s degree (a plus, not required)
