HR Administration Specialist with Finnish
- 2 years of experience in HR Administration process
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Finnish (C1 level or higher) - both spoken and written
- User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday is a strong advantage
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- At least secondary education
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues
- Confidence in participating in client meeting and managing assigned tasks within deadlines
- Attention to detail and understanding of GDPR compliance
- Effective time management and organization skills
