Job description

HR Administration Specialist with Finnish

  • 2 years of experience in HR Administration process
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Finnish (C1 level or higher) - both spoken and written
  • User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday is a strong advantage
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • At least secondary education
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues
  • Confidence in participating in client meeting and managing assigned tasks within deadlines
  • Attention to detail and understanding of GDPR compliance
  • Effective time management and organization skills

Your key activities :

  • Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
  • Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
  • Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
  • Participating in client discussions regarding processes
  • Answering incoming calls - service line
  • Achieving goals and SLAs
