We are looking for a candidate with :
- English language proficiency at least B2,
- French C1 - both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good communication and analytical skills
- At least secondary education
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
- Ability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time
- Attention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspects
- Time management skills - multitasking role
- Experience in HR Operations
- French Labor Law knowledge would be an asset
Your key activities :
Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely mannerMaintaining mainly task related to the Time and AttendanceEnsuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing systemTaking responsibility for issues raised by the ClientPerforming appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalationsParticipating in client discussions regarding processesAnswering incoming calls - service lineAchieving goals and SLAsYou can expect from us :
