Support Reliability Engineer with Cloud in GF Your role

Are you interested in being a part of a specialists' team responsible for supportingmunication and marketing applications? Do you enjoy identifying areas of improvement and engineering better solutions forplex marketing business challenges? Are you keen to understand and embrace emerging technologies?

In this role you will have to independently work on incidents and problem tasks and you need to manage larger business critical incidents in cooperation with L3, business and operations domain experts. You will be responsible to run changes, updates in production and to guide and support the roll-out of new releases. Also, you will continuously look for opportunities to improve the overall state of the platforms and applications, and seek for opportunities to enhance day-to-day operation activities through automation.

Your team

You'll be working in the GOTO, Group Functions,ms and Branding technology team located in Wroclaw focusing on bringing as much insight data as possible to inform marketers and sales on the best omni-channel marketing. You'll be working with the C&B Services teams in Zurich, London, USA, Poland, and India. We manage a wide range of digital marketing andmunication platforms, such as the public website, microsites, analytics, global e-mail marketing solutions, marketing automation, high performance web caching, mobile applications, the corporate intranet and employee engagement systems.

Your expertise

3+ years of experience in a similar position focused within the financial sector.

• Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Azure cloud solutions and administration, including Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Azure Security Center.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration, including site collections, permissions, and content management.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, PowerShell, and M365.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strongmunication and collaboration skills.
