Your responsibilities

• Loan Administration : Managing the full lifecycle of loan agreements, from disbursement to repayment and closure.
• Data Entry & Verification : Accurately inputting and verifying loan-related data into our systems.
• Documentation Management : Ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Payment Processing : Overseeing and processing loan repayments, interest calculations, and fee management.
• Query Resolution : Responding to and resolving operational queries from internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) regarding loan statuses, payments, and administrative details.
• Process Improvement : Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operational processes within the loan department.
