Purpose of the role
As an SME Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving scalable sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and serving SME clients efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Essential responsibilities
- Identify and onboard SME and micro-business clients through systematic outreach and scalable sales approaches
- Drive rapid expansion of the company’s presence in the SME segment by targeting high-potential customer groups
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring satisfaction while focusing on volume and scalability
- Use CRM systems and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement or growth
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Provide insights to management to optimize sales processes and strategies for scalability
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in high-volume sales, preferably in the power, gas, or energy-related sectors Experience with SME clients is a plusProven ability to implement and execute repeatable sales processes for high client volumesComfortable using digital sales tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms to enhance efficiencyFluency in Polish, English is a plusStrong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets in a fast-paced environmentThrive in a start-up setting, contributing to the growth and scaling of a new business
