Responsibilities :
Identify and engage potential customers through discovery calls and initial meetings with decision-makers
Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored client proposals.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and implement sales-boosting campaigns
Represent Evionica at aviation fairs and conferences, forging meaningful relationships with clients and partners
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in a startup environment
Fluent in English (C1 level)
Strong communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills
Comfort with cold calling
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
A passion for winning and solving problems proactively
Experience in lead generation or knowledge of additional languages is a plus
