Your responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing co-operation with bank corporate customers with the aim of establishing business relations with top managers of the client.
- Strengthening the relation with key persons in companies and local authorities and presenting them to the Bank's management.
- Active participation in defining prospects for the bank, in the process of incorporating them in the list of strategic customers and then performing marketing activities aiming at the increase of client base and quantity of sold products of the bank.
- Defining customer needs, proposing solutions in co-operation with representatives of specialised departments of the bank and participating in negotiations on complex transactions.
- Participation in the shaping of plans on marketing, cross selling and in their implementation.
- Supervising, organising and managing regional office's work and reporting on regular basis on the office's activities, including reporting on co-operation with customers and assisting in the preparation of monthly revenue reports.
- Meeting agreed commercial and financial objectives (e.g. PCM NBI, number of payments, number of client calls, Deal News).
- Initiating and monitoring credit renewal process.
- If there is an employee employed in the office : supervising, defining the scope of activities and assessing the work.
- Protection of databases containing personal data (used by the employee) against unauthorised access, unjustified modification or damage, illegal disclosure or collection of data - the scope of personal data protection must be observed in line with procedures binding in the Bank.
Our requirements
You have strong knowledge of banking products, especially Payments and Cash Management and know to sell cash management products.You have masters’s degree, preferably in Economics or Management.You have client-centric mindset.You have the ability to adopt strong marketing driven approach whilst keeping high sensitivity to risk parameters.You have local knowledge and exposition for Northern Poland area (Pomorskie, Kujawsko- Pomorskie and Warminsko- Mazurskie) as well as know specifics of these regions (strongly preferred but not a must).You have excellent communication skills.You have administrational and organisational skills.You have a high degree of autonomy in the day-to-day activity.You have the ability of using PC office applications.You are fluent in Polish and English.You have valid driving license (as a must).What we offer

The primary objective of the Global Transaction Banking Regional Manager is to provide Payment and Cash Management offering in Gdańsk area and ensure Société Générale is at or above competition, thus allowing the Group to win PCM (Payments and Cash Management) mandates and develop NBI. Regional Manager is maintaining and developing co-operation with bank corporate customers, gaining new clients and maintaining contact with local authorities. The role includes managing portfolio of customers by offering them, in co-operation with business-lines banking products and services, with the aim of increasing the commercial income, optimize equity allocation and monitoring risk exposure. The focus is on Payments and Cash Management products.
