Twój zakres obowiązków

• collaborate with internal teams on project planning & execution (hands-on)
• support financial planning & analysis (FP&A) - oversee development pipeline and evaluate new opportunities (revenues, costs, and margins, reporting).
• monitor project timelines and cost development -facilitate accurate reporting to Group HQ.
• model various deal structures, analyse revenue streams - build robust investment cases, sensitivities, and scenarios (portfolio and standalone assets)
• comprehend and utilize internal valuation tools and for renewable projects (Excell),
• develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools (Excell)
• oversee and support transaction related processes : prepare or coordinate invest / transaction docs, due diligence, support negotiations, liaise with advisors & partners.
• Assist senior management in negotiations and commercial discussions
• Liaise with external stakeholders including investors and advisors
• Collaborate with central Group units / functions to support decision-making and enhanced communication.
• Contribute to local PMO (Project Management Office) implementation and oversight.
