For our Client - a well-known company in the retail industry, I am looking for a person for the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
My Client is establishing a new Shared HR Center in Gdansk placed. To build up our new Shared HR Center we are looking for a professional with experience from shared service center. The job is focused on Talent Acquisition area, and it will play a big role in creating an effective recruitment process through a Shared center and support 29 countries.

Responsibilities :
- the first year will involve building up the Shared Center team together with internal stakeholders,
- recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to deliver an effective recruitment process,
- oversee the daily operations of Talent Acquisition,
- develop and implement procedures to reach operational efficiency and service delivery,
- monitor key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making,
- collaborate with Center of Excellence and other internal stakeholders to align Shared Center activities with business objectives,
- ensure compliance with company concepts and local requirements,
- identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirements :
proven experience in managing a Shared Services Center or similar operational environment,proficiency in process optimization and automation tools,strong leadership and team management skills,strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up,fluent in English,ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement,customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.The offer :
