Global Talent Acquisition Manager

For our Client - a well-known company in the retail industry, I am looking for a person for the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager.

My Client is establishing a new Shared HR Center in Gdansk placed. To build up our new Shared HR Center we are looking for a professional with experience from shared service center. The job is focused on Talent Acquisition area, and it will play a big role in creating an effective recruitment process through a Shared center and support 29 countries.

Responsibilities :

• the first year will involve building up the Shared Center team together with internal stakeholders,
• recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to deliver an effective recruitment process,
• oversee the daily operations of Talent Acquisition,
• develop and implement procedures to reach operational efficiency and service delivery,
• monitor key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making,
• collaborate with Center of Excellence and other internal stakeholders to align Shared Center activities with business objectives,
• ensure compliance with company concepts and local requirements,
• identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
