The job is focused on Talent Acquisition area, and it will play a big role in creating an effective recruitment process through a Shared Center and support 29 countries.

Requirements

• proven experience in managing a Shared Services Center or similar operational environment,
• proficiency in process optimization and automation tools,
• strong leadership and team management skills,
• strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up,
• fluent in English,
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement,
• customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
