YOUR TASKS

• Direct supervisor for the team in Finance&Accounting Processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Responsible for effectivemunication with the team, regular team and individual meetings, feedback provided to the team and individuals on regular basis, creating back up structure and ensuring that it works, informing the team about the main goals for the F&A project, explanation of the goals for the delivery center
• First level of contact and operationalmunication with the client, 1st point of escalation
• Delivering service according to SLA and KPIs
• Responsible for control over the process and the team, Issue solving, suggesting possible changes or solutions to AM or the client
• Involved in audits, reporting and recruitment process
