Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people management role,
• 5+ experience in the field of finance in SSC / BPO structures,
• in-depth knowledge of GL processes,
• knowledge of ERP system (People Soft will be huge asset),
• Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting preferred or Independent Accounting course,
• experience in transition projects,
• experience in finance projects of improvement,
• strong people management skills,
• analytical skills with attention to detail,
• fluency in English (B2+ level).
