You are ready, if you...

  • have a technical understanding and manual dexterity ( analyzing error messages and eliminating malfunctions, Excel, XML, SQL, …)
  • have a super creative mindset ( realizing novel IT solutions)
  • have a high willingness to learn ( continuously acquire knowledge about new technical developments in the IT industry)
  • have good reading & writing skills in English
  • also have strong analytical skills
  • are able to work 20 hours per week

  • how services are coordinated with customers, taking into account organizational and scheduling requirements, and how customers are instructed in the use of products and services
  • how to delight customers in our customer care department
  • how business and production management processes interact within the company
  • how to analyze data sources, check authorization for data use and provide data and actively support in global logistics processes ( by identifying transport visibility gaps)
  • how to check the quality of data, ensure its discoverability and accessibility
  • how and with which methods and tools data is analyzed, processed and evaluated
  • how to use data to optimize work and business processes and digital business models
