Job descriptionWe’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong technical mindset to join CSHARK and support the Product Design Team of our international client. Together, we’re building a brand-new digital platform in the regulatory sector, based in Ireland. In this role, you’ll lead design efforts on complex, tech-driven solutions — working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to shape a product from the ground up. The platform will have a meaningful impact and a strong focus on digital accessibility and inclusive design. Leading the design process for advanced, technical solutions within a brand-new digital platform Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and technical capabilities Defining and implementing best practices for product design with a focus on scalability, performance, and digital accessibility Creating prototypes, wireframes, and design documentation to support product development at various stages of the product lifecycle Conducting user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions and improve user experience Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into intuitive and functional user solutions Maintaining high design quality standards and ensuring compliance with inclusivity and accessibility principles Actively participating in product planning and strategy, proposing solutions to enhance design and product processes 8+ years of experience as a UX / product designer or similar role. Experience as a Product Design Lead, demonstrating the ability to drive design strategy, lead complex projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Expertise in creating native mobile services and web applications. Proficiency in Figma as the key product design and prototyping tool. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and senior executives. Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and meeting tight deadlines. Experience in developing and maintaining a shared design system. Experience in working with and structuring large sets of data. Self-starter, organized and has ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong UX / UI portfolio.
