Key Responsibilities :

Grow AI-based lab assistant tool : Take ownership of the product, shape its future, and influence its strategy.
Contribute to the broad Customer online strategy : The AI tool integrates all of Customer’s online activities and portfolio. Active engagement across all of Customer’s digital products is essential.
Collaborate and influence : Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, web designers, and peers throughout the entire product lifecycle. Share UX knowledge, advocate for your design ideas, and inspire your team and key stakeholders to align with your vision.
Base your decisions on data : Set metrics and KPIs, run A / B tests, collaborate with the analytics team, and utilize various testing and research methods to ensure your decisions align with best practices and user needs.
Deliver High-Fidelity Designs : Produce detailed mockups and UI components, focusing on typography, color, spacing, and layout to ensure polished execution. Actively participate in building and maintaining the Customer Design System. Ensure all designs adhere to style guides and brand standards while evolving the visual identity and enhancing UI aesthetics.

Qualifications :

Proven Experience : At least 3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to own and drive design projects from concept to completion.

Portfolio of Work : Comprehensive online portfolio or work samples showcasing experience, particularly in AI projects or B2B environments (a plus).

AI experience : Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with AI products.

UX Expertise : Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with expertise in creating detailed prototypes and wireframes for complex web applications.

Corporate Experience : Experience working within corporate or enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to strict brand and design guidelines.

Figma Mastery : Strong proficiency in Figma or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools. Fluency in Material Design System and Angular is a plus.

Clear Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas and designs effectively, even if English isn’t your first language.

Team Collaboration : Experience working collaboratively in teams, especially with developers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Bonus Skills :

Technical Know-How : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, or AJAX to better understand the feasibility of designs is a plus.
