The opportunity
The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for the effectiveness, integration and optimization of the business and information layers. This role is a pivotal part of the transformation of global business processes and the supporting application and Information landscape. Work closely with global business executives and global portfolio managers to develop and maintain Ernst & Young’s business capability model, driving global capability integration, enhancement, and efficiency. Responsible for the development of integrated long-term Solution and Portfolio Roadmaps to ensure minimization of redundant solutions and proper support of the global IT strategy. Responsible for the development and maintenance of global Information architecture approaches, including logical data models, data governance structures, master data domains. Active role in the global Enterprise Architecture Leadership Team to work with other functions of the global Architecture Function to ensure appropriate support for end-to-end solutions.
Your key responsibilities
The Product Delivery Lead will need to have strong relationship skills to work close to the IT Delivery Team and key business stakeholders. With the goal of building teams to deliver key business requirements to address structural issues that hinder the achievement of the company goals. Applying business knowledge / understanding to management and meet the needs of stakeholders.
The role should possess good process instinct and apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise. Align the IT initiatives of the company with the business processes. The ability Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
This role must be able to work remote across different time zone with the ability to travel both National and International.

To qualify for the role you must have
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience5+ years in a corporate IT environment3+ years’ experience in product or project management3+ years in leading an organizationOther relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, deployment / implementation, and infrastructure)Work experience in a professional services industryIdeally, you’ll also have
