About the project
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong technical mindset to join CSHARK and support the Product Design Team of our international client.
Together, we’re building a brand-new digital platform in the regulatory sector, based in Ireland. In this role, you’ll lead design efforts on complex, tech-driven solutions — working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to shape a product from the ground up. The platform will have a meaningful impact and a strong focus on digital accessibility and inclusive design.

Your responsibilities
Leading the design process for advanced, technical solutions within a brand-new digital platformCollaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and technical capabilitiesDefining and implementing best practices for product design with a focus on scalability, performance, and digital accessibilityCreating prototypes, wireframes, and design documentation to support product development at various stages of the product lifecycleConducting user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions and improve user experienceAnalyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into intuitive and functional user solutionsMaintaining high design quality standards and ensuring compliance with inclusivity and accessibility principlesActively participating in product planning and strategy, proposing solutions to enhance design and product processesOur requirements
8+ years of experience as a UX / product designer or similar role.Experience as a Product Design Lead, demonstrating the ability to drive design strategy, lead complex projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Expertise in creating native mobile services and web applications.Proficiency in Figma as the key product design and prototyping tool.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and senior executives.Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.Experience in developing and maintaining a shared design system.Experience in working with and structuring large sets of data.Self-starter, organized and has ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong UX / UI portfolio.Fluent in English.Benefits
