The Role

The Talent Operations Specialist at Coupa keeps our recruiting engine running smoothly. This highly collaborative role drives improvements across recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. The specialist partners with recruiters, Compensation, Finance, HR, Legal, and external vendors to keep the recruiting function running smoothly.
