The Role

As the Vice President, People Operations & Talent Acquisition, you will be a key leader of the People Team and a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. You will lead the team focused on People Operations and Talent Acquisition, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a world‑class employee experience as we continue to scale. This role oversees all aspects of people operations—including compensation administration, total rewards, payroll, HRIS, leaves, and recruiting—while leading, coaching, and developing a distributed team. You will partner closely with our People Business Partners to deliver advice, coaching, and data to our functions across the company and support their talent needs.

You will drive the design and implementation of scalable processes, systems, and programs that support Modern Health’s growth, foster an inclusive and engaging culture, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a balance of operational expertise and a passion for people‑first, data‑driven decision making.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Information

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Ranges are not necessarily indicative of the associated starting pay range in other locations. Depending on the scope of the role, some ranges are indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and include both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets.

Pay Range

$250,000 - $300,000 USD
