Key Responsibilities
Support the deployment and integration of the global HSE management system at the site level, ensuring operational ownership and compliance.
Collaborate with site and senior managers to ensure clear understanding of HSE KPIs and performance expectations.
Assist in incident investigations and support the identification and implementation of effective corrective actions.
Drive the adoption of risk management, cultural, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with group and regional strategies.
Coordinate the delivery of HSE training programs and ensure site-level engagement and completion.
Monitor compliance with local legislative requirements and maintain transparency through system access to regulatory resources.
Manage and support return-to-work and injury management processes in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular HSE performance reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance to site-level operations.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable HSE role, ideally across multiple locations or markets.
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage operational teams and senior stakeholders on HSE matters.
Strong capability in delivering HSE training and supporting the implementation of cultural change programs.
Proficient in analysing and communicating HSE performance data using clear, business-relevant language.
Experience working within ISO-certified systems such as ISO 45001 and / or ISO 14001 is highly regarded.
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management (Degree, Diploma, or Certification).
Certified in incident investigation and hold Lead Auditor qualifications (OHS or Environmental).
Valid driver’s licence with flexibility to travel to operational sites as required.
