We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Manager to join our team at GetResponse, focusing on the EMEA region ! In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and nurturing new referral partnerships that drive revenue growth. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with partners, equipping them with the tools and support they need to promote our innovative products effectively.
As a Partner Manager , you’ll play a key role in monitoring partner performance, identifying new growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to align efforts and achieve business goals. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about collaboration, performance, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities :
- build and nurture a strong network of new and existing referral partners
- negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, product pricing, and legal guidelines
- provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help partners effectively promote GetResponse MAX products
- monitor partner performance, support them in meeting sales quotas, and ensure customer satisfaction
- stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, ensuring a consistent flow of leads
- engage in marketing actions, events, and trade shows to maximize brand presence and partner success
