Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and scalability.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Financial Operations & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.Optimize financial processes, automation, and reporting through ERP systems and advanced data analytics.Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, identifying opportunities for improvement.Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and financial reporting standards.Monitor financial risks and internal controls, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.Coordinate external audits and liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Mentor and develop finance team members, ensuring continuous professional growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making across the company.Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; ACCA certification or similar (e.g. CMA) is a plus.Experience & Expertise
5+ years in a supervisory finance or accounting role, preferably within financial services. Experience in crypto accounting is a strong plus.Strong experience in financial accounting, consolidation, and multi-entity group-level reporting.Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proficiency in ERP systems, financial automation tools, and advanced Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Experience working with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.Skills & Attributes
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Benefits
