Your responsibilities

• enter all orders into the system, including domestic and international orders,
• ensure timely order fulfillment,
• investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping details such as shipping costs, tracking information, optimal transportation routes and cost optimization,
• manage customer files and handle filing and / or scanning of all departmental documents,
• oversee document retention,
• develop and maintain strong customer relationships,
• handle or assist with the processing of customer complaints,
• complete additional projects as assigned.
