The Opportunity : As a Clinical Operations Strategic Business Partner at Astellas Pharma, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders within our global research and development organisation. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders in the US, Japan, and China, providing them with the clarity they need to make informed decisions. Your analytical skills will not only help present data effectively but also allow you to contribute your insights and challenge existing perspectives, making you a valued business partner in the organisation. Key Responsibilities :

• Extract and analyse large datasets, presenting findings in a clear, comprehensible format for senior management.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, including pivot tables and graphs, to support decision-making processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders globally, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic direction.
• Lead ad-hoc and planned reporting initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of information.
• Participate in merger and acquisition projects, leveraging your project management experience to drive successful outcomes.
