In the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be pivotal in offering advanced technical support, analyzing system functionalities, and leading the resolution of complex customer issues. This position requires a proactive approach to system monitoring, enhancements, and the ability to guide improvements across our platform and customer processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and resolve advanced technical inquiries, including system malfunctions, software glitches, and performance bottlenecks;

Conduct continuous monitoring of the Transporeon platform, addressing any incidents or operational challenges as they arise;

Implement minor system modifications or adjustments to meet existing customer needs;

Efficiently allocate cases to specialized teams when beyond the scope of general support, ensuring follow-through to resolution;

Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to product strategy discussions;

Proactively support and update legacy systems, identifying opportunities for process and platform enhancements;

Independently manage crisis situations or escalations, providing solutions with minimal supervision;

Develop expertise in specific Transporeon modules or processes, becoming a go-to specialist within the team.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a technical support role (3+ years) mandatory, particularly in a logistics or supply chain management environment is highly desirable;

Great communication skills through various channels (email, phone, tickets);

Proficiency in web-based application configurations, including HTTP, SOAP, REST, and FTP protocols;

Strong technical skills, with proficiency in SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, and MS Office;

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation;

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with effective communication skills;

Fluent in English (C1 level);

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
