Our team is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for one of our clients.

The client is a global provider of licensed IPTV services, offering access to over TV channels, thousands of movies, series, and exclusive content. The platform delivers a seamless entertainment experience across devices, including smart TVs, mobile apps, and PCs.

About the role : We are looking for a Project Manager with a solid grasp of technology, someone confident enough to communicate with developers and business stakeholders alike, without needing to dive into code.

This role involves driving the delivery of backend-heavy technical projects while working closely with a technical lead (e.g., an architect or team lead). The right candidate will ensure transparency, remove blockers, and foster effective team dynamics – all in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.

Important note : This is not a role for a former senior engineer – you don’t need to write code. Instead, we’re looking for a PM with sharp communication, clear thinking, calm under pressure, and basic technical literacy.

Responsibilities and tasks :

Own the full project lifecycle – from planning to delivery – for technical backend-oriented projects;

Act as a bridge between the development team and business stakeholders;

Maintain transparency across project status, timelines, risks, and dependencies;

Set and prioritize tasks with developers and tech leads; ensure timely and high-quality execution;

Navigate high-pressure, multi-tasking environments with shifting priorities;

Push back respectfully when needed : say “no” to devs or business, and explain “why” clearly;

Review, clarify, and facilitate technical documentation and architectural discussions;

Defuse escalations, align expectations, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
