As our UX Researcher , you’ll support HID’s success by :

• Identifying user goals, behaviors, and motivations by conducting research such as interviews, usability testing, field studies and heuristic evaluations.
• Analyzing and presenting results from which the design team, the product team and engineers can prioritize and work on fixing them
• Translating results of your research into actionable recommendations through written reports and in-person presentations
• Always striving to be an advocate for the users while understanding the business goals of the stakeholders and the company
• Being able to work with more experienced researchers to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to embed research into all stages of product development
• Building a solid understanding of the business needs of the product / system and the needs of the end users
• Helping the Sr. expand UX Research as a discipline at HID Global, including standardizing methodologies and metric
