Senior UX Researcher @ AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ : 8448)

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who is passionate about improving user experience through evidence-based design. You will work closely with product teams, designers, and developers to ensure our digital products meet real user needs. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and communicating user research activities across different product phases. Your insights will help shape strategy, inform design decisions, and improve the overall quality of our solutions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX research
• Proficiency in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, and survey-based research
• Good understanding of UCD principles, UX metrics (e.g., SUS), and HCI foundations
• Solid experience with remote research tools and workshop facilitation
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• Comfortable working in Agile and lean environments
• Ability to clearly communicate research findings to various stakeholders
• Strong listening and collaboration skills
• English at B2 / C1 level
