In today’s unpredictable market, Mediafly is the key to delivering predictable efficient growth.We’re looking for a talented UI / UX Designer to lead the user experience across our Lightning Web Components (LWC), internal Salesforce tools, and customer-facing portals. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that solve real problems for Sales, Enablement, and Learning leaders.

Responsibilities of a UX / UI Designer :

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for LWC apps, Salesforce-native features, and embedded media experiences.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions for both admins and end users.
• Build, maintain, and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-perfect interactions.
• Champion accessibility standards (508 / WCAG) in all designs.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning learning, coaching, AI, and interactive dashboards.
