Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX / UI or product design, with a focus on mobile apps
• Portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, user-centered solutions and clean execution
• Strong UX research and testing skills; data-informed design thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams
• Proactive mindset and readiness to lead the design strategy independently
• Passion for solving real user problems - not just making things look good

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Lead Product Designer to own and shape the user experience of their flagship iOS / Android mobile app. This is a high-impact position, reporting directly to the VP of Product and collaborating with engineers and the founder. You’ll be responsible for redesigning the app’s UX from the ground up - balancing innovation, simplicity, and customer needs.
