Your Responsibilities

Patient screening - Offer top-tier customer service (no sales involved).

You will assist the patients until they are successfully linked with the study site.

Your Qualifications

Fluent in Polish (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level), and English (C1 minimum, operational language).

You completed an education or a degree in medicine or a medically related profession.

You have experience with phone and email inquiries, preferably in a call center.

You have solid PC skills and IT affinity.

You have a separate, quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection : Minimum 25 Mbit / s download and 5 Mbit / s upload DSL speed.
