Responsibilities :

For our client – a well-established and growing company from the Shared Services sector based in Warsaw – we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a  Customer Master Data Specialist .

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining high-quality customer data. Your main responsibilities will include :

Creating and maintaining customer master records in line with global policies and local regulations

Monitoring data accuracy and consistency across systems, primarily in SAP

Conducting regular data audits and resolving discrepancies

Collaborating closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to validate and enrich customer information

Supporting the onboarding process by ensuring accurate and timely customer data setup

Documenting procedures and proposing improvements to data management processes

Participating in ongoing initiatives related to automation, standardization, and system migrations

Managing and resolving data-related issues in partnership with IT and business teams

Ideal Candidate Profile :

We are looking for someone who brings a solid foundation in data administration and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (Master Data, Customer Service, or Data Administration)

Hands-on experience working with SAP (especially customer master data) and Excel

Previous experience in an SSC or BPO setting is a strong plus

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)

High attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Good organizational skills, independence, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
