For our client – a well-established and growing company from the Shared Services sector based in Warsaw – we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Customer Master Data Specialist. Number of roles available : 2

Your responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and maintaining customer master data in accordance with global
• standards and local requirements,
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer records across
• systems (SAP)
• Performing regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct discrepancies,
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to validate and
• enrich customer data,
• Supporting onboarding of new customers by ensuring timely and accurate data setup,
• Documenting and improving internal procedures and work instructions related to customer
• data management,
• Participating in data-related projects, including automation, standardization, and system
• migrations,
• Escalating and resolving data-related issues in collaboration with IT and business teams
