Associate Specialist, Master Data

responsibilities :

• Ensure the proper maintenance of Master Data (MD) set ups in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 / 2012 and SAP S / 4HANA as well as other systems (Dynamics D365, Acubiz, LINK training platform) in the following areas : supplier / customer / employee MD, price and product maintenance / finance md
• Act as primary point of contact for business requests and questions related to the various areas in the company master data,
• Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data,
• Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system,
• Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regularly scheduled data audit reports
• Support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives
• Update of internal documentation and work instructions,
• Create ad-hoc reports and analysis of the data consistency
• Support junior team members
• Support SAP 4 / S HANA implementation (data validation, UATs, hypercare),
• Support future data transition activities connected with team scope changes
• Comply and act according to the internal PANDORA procedures related to MD maintenance,
• Cooperate with other PANDORA departments on a daily basis and involve in various local and global projects.
