Your responsibilities

• Creating and processing sales and purchase orders
• Managing and updating software subscriptions
• Handling communication with customers and distributors (mostly via email)
• Monitoring customer accounts and managing internal case handling
• Coordinating across departments to resolve order-related issues
• Supporting the sales team with reporting and data
• Shift Information : As you will be supporting our global customers, this is an afternoon shift role. Working hours are between 13 : 00 and 00 : 00
