We are currently looking for a candidate for a position of :

Junior Recruitment Specialist with English

Your responsibilities :

Identifing and attracting candidates from the MEA and APAC regions for blue-collar positions.

Ensuring candidates have the legal right to reside and work in Poland.

Building and managing a candidate database using ATS (Traffit).

Creating ideal candidate profiles to meet our Clients’ hiring needs.

Creating and publishing job advertisements.

Screening and selecting the best candidates for job openings.

We are looking for you, if :

You are proficient in English at a minimum C1 level ; knowledge of Polish is a plus.

You have a keen interest in the HR industry.

You can effectively manage your work time in a remote setting.

You are a team player with a can-do attitude.
